At LovayCo, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is the perfect fit for you.

Eligibility Criteria: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

To qualify for a return, simply ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused or unopened, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior return authorization.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, let us know immediately. We'll assess the issue and ensure it's promptly resolved to your satisfaction.

Exceptions: Items That Can't Be Returned

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, can't be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges: Quick and Easy

For a speedy exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get what you want in the fastest possible way.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Your Rights Respected

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Similar to our general policy, the item must be in its original condition with all accompanying materials.

Refunds: Transparent and Swift Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
